Hi there, I am Bill, the owner (along with my wife Eva) of Tapestry Fine Carpet, Rug & Upholstery Cleaning, a boutique business in Victoria, BC. Craftsmanship is alive and well in small local businesses. In this resource, you will find expert help (albeit opinionated) from over 35 years of advancing my craft. Also, you can read some entertaining ramblings on the carpet cleaning industry – the good, the bad and the ugly.
