Bill has dedicated over 35 years to perfecting his craft as a certified WoolSafe® Fibre Care Specialist and mentoring others. Eva works behind the scenes, pioneering safe, natural, and organic botanical cleaning chemistry. She is also an accomplished artist and piano teacher.
